Hand-built rectangular box crafted in black clay and finished with a white glaze that develops a subtle crawling texture during firing. The fitted lid features a series of raised linear ridges punctuated by narrow openings.

Designed to be both useful and sculptural, the box offers a place to store jewelry, matches, small keepsakes, or other everyday essentials. The openings in the lid also allow it to function as an incense burner, letting smoke escape while keeping ash neatly contained within.
