With a background in interior design and a multicultural upbringing spanning South Asia, the Middle East, and now Canada, Tanvi brings a layered perspective to her practice. Her transition from commercial design to clay marked a personal shift, one that now informs the way she approaches form, texture, and function in each piece.

The studio has produced work across a range of scales and was recently recognized as Maker of the Year in Western Living Magazine’s 2023 Designer of the Year Awards.
