Interlocking Forms is a sculptural wall series designed and handmade by Mararamiro’s founder. Each composition features two biomorphic shapes — upholstered in richly textured felt — that nestle together like puzzle pieces, evoking both intimacy and quiet tension.

Inspired by the organic softness of river rocks smoothed by time and water, the forms feel both ancient and modern, tactile and serene. Mounted with concealed French cleats, the pieces appear to float just off the wall, casting gentle shadows that shift with the light.

At once grounded and abstract, these sculptural works invite touch, contemplation, and a deep connection to nature’s subtle geometry.

Responsible Design

Handmade in-house using durable felt, these one-of-a-kind pieces are crafted to last. By choosing original art over mass production, you support slower design, artistic expression, and meaningful connection to material and form.

Some objects are worth keeping. Our Responsible Design note highlights pieces chosen for how they are made, what they are made from, and how long they can live with you. Learn More

Care Instructions

Dust gently with a lint-free cloth or vacuum on low with a soft brush attachment. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight to preserve the felt’s texture and colour over time.
