WAX Atelier was founded in 2017 by multidisciplinary designers Lola Lely & Yesenia Thibault-Picazo. Born in Hanoi, growing up in London, Lola’s specialism is in product design and natural dyeing techniques. Yesenia is a French-born designer, whose work explores the potential of materials through collaborations with experts in the fields of geology, anthropology and craft. They are interested in the narrative and expressive potentials of wax, and they explore these potentials through their designs.
