Wabi vases is inspired by the thought of Wabi-Sabi, the aesthetic that finds beauty in things imperfect and incomplete. Each vase in the Wabi collection embraces this philosophy, celebrating the organic and uneven shapes that give them a unique character and charm.

Wabi vases is meticulously shaped from mouth-blown glass, where the glass is heated to 1500 degrees before being placed inside a custom mould. Air is blown into the glass to make it expand and achieve the iconic Wabi form. Afterward, it's taken out of the mould and placed inside an oven for tempering, with the top opening cut even and polished afterwards. Finally the vase is spray painted to achieve the signature Smoked Forest colour.

All 101 Copenhagen glass pieces are made using recycled glass and crafted by skilled artisans in the Firozabad region of India, an area renowned for its centuries-old glassblowing tradition. Each object is hand-formed using basic tools, giving every piece its own subtle variations in shape, surface, and hue. This low-impact production method ensures minimal waste and celebrates craftsmanship over mass manufacturing.
