Studio by Mararamiro is a premier space for creators looking to produce fresh unique content. Doubling as Mararamiro's home decor showroom, creators can access the ever-changing inventory of furniture and home decor pieces. The bright all-white 700 sq. ft. furnished space located in the old Toy Factory Building in Leslieville, Toronto, is available to book by the hour for photoshoots and creative productions.
This space is perfect for portrait, maternity, engagement, influencer, business and product photography.

The bright all-white 750 sq. ft. space features a 16' tall white ceiling. Oversized windows have south facing exposure. The sheer draping can be used to diffuse light for stunning effects.

Content creators have access to an ever-changing inventory of furniture and home decor pieces that are also available for purchase ensuring fresh unique content all year round.

The studio is equipped with a Sonos sound system, smart lighting, private bathroom, kitchen and other modern conveniences to make for a comfortable shooting experience.

The space is primarily configured for social media, editorial and elegant family photoshoots. However we may be able to accommodate requests to host small events.

What Is A Shoppable Studio?
Studio By Mararamiro is a unique premium studio where many of the home decor items styling the space are also available for purchase online. Content creators will have access to the showrooms ever-changing inventory of furniture and home decor pieces ensuring fresh unique content all year round.
Can We Shoot Audio and Video In The Space?
Our studio is not soundproof and is located in a building with other offices and businesses. We therefore cannot control nor limit any sounds coming in from outside the unit. The space is therefore not suitable for any projects where audio is critical for your shoot.
The studio is more suitable for short-form social media content e.g. Instagram Reels / TikTok’s etc. where the furnished space makes for a perfect backdrop.
Do You Offer Day Rates? Is Hourly Pricing Negotiable?
Our studio pricing is by the hour for flexibility and transparency. We offer half-day and full-day rates where you can enjoy multi-hour discounts. Our pricing is non-negotiable.
How Do I Pay For A Booking?
We accept most major credit cards for bookings.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking early so you get the piece of mind knowing you have the space reserved for your preferred date! We suggest booking at least 2 weeks in advance (or more) for the highest chance of finding the time you want. Last minute bookings cannot always be accommodated, and we do not take day-of bookings.
