Vintage Clay Vessel With Henna Design No.2
A lovely old handmade earthenware water jar or vessel from Northern Morocco. Traditionally used to store olive oil. The rounded bottom on this vessel requires it to be displayed leaning, laying or in a stand.
Please note that clay is porous. While these types of vessels were commonly used to contain liquid in Morocco, they will sweat or leak out the liquid and leave rings around the clay. Use them purely decoratively.
*Please note that as unique, handmade pieces, no two pieces are ever exactly the same and the color may vary across monitors. Our website photos are a close representation of this product, but may not be identical to the piece you receive.
