About the collection: Fritto Mediterraneo is derived from the iconic dish 'Fritto Misto' or 'Calamari Fritti' referring to an ensemble of seafood, just like the beloved dish.
It is a series of prints that captures a journey to reconnect with my roots, rich of the timeless beauty, traditions, and exotic flavours of Mediterranean cities through meticulous line work.
About the artist: Born in Pescara Italy, Fabrizio Sclocco, an architecture drop-out, moved to Toronto in 2012 where his sense of displacement increased and is reflected in his latest work.
